4 times challenge!

20 pounds exact.
Today I'm going to do my version of the 3 times challenge. Instead of do 3 jumping jacks, then spin around 3 times, last hit your self in the head with a folding chair. I will be doing the 4 times challenge!
First do 4 20 pound weight lifts.   
Next do 4 sit ups.    
And 4 push ups. 
Last do 4 squats.
